Why is the ZKTeco TS1000 Turnstiles solenoid acting up after being powered on/off?

The solenoid's behavior in ZKTeco Turnstiles is normal. After being powered off, the drop-arm solenoid will be in its normal status. When powered on, the drop-arm solenoid will be in a closed status, which is also normal.
