2. Touch and check or uncheck Auto-sync data.
When automatic sync is on, changes you make to
information on your the or the Web automatically sync
with each other.
When automatic sync is off, you need to sync manually
to collect emails, updates, or other recent information.
NOTE: For more information about using the Quick Settings
screen to turn auto sync on or off, see Use Quick
Settings.
Manually Sync
When auto-sync is off, you can sync account data manually.
1. Touch the Home key > > Settings > All settings >
Accounts.
2. Touch the account category and then the account you want
to sync.
3. Touch > Sync now.
Change an Account’s Sync Settings
1. Touch the Home key > > Settings > All settings >
Accounts.
2. Touch the account category and the account. The Sync
screen displays with a list of information the account can
sync.
3. When auto-sync is enabled, switch on or off the items. The
types of information that switch on are kept in auto-sync.
When auto-sync is disabled, touch a listing to sync that type
of information between the phone and the Web.
