iii. Endusers’mishandling,misuse,negligence,orimproper
installation,disassembly,storage,servicingoroperationofthe
product.
iv. ModicationsorrepairsnotprovidedbyZTEoraZTE-certied
individual.
v. Powerfailures,surges,re,ood,accidents,andactionsofthird
partiesorothereventsoutsideZTE’sreasonablecontrol.
vi. Usageofthird-partyproductsorusageinconjunctionwiththird-
partyproductsifsuchdefectsareduetothecombinedusage.
vii. Anyothercausebeyondtherangeofnormalusageintendedforthe
product.
Endusershavenorighttorejectorreturntheproduct,orreceivea
refundfortheproductfromZTEundertheabove-mentionedsituations.
Thiswarrantyisendusers’soleremedyandZTE’ssoleliabilityfor
defectiveornonconformingitems,andisinlieuofallotherwarranties,
expressed,impliedorstatutory,includingbutnotlimitedtotheimplied
warrantiesofmerchantabilityandtnessforaparticularpurpose,unless
otherwiserequiredunderthemandatoryprovisionsofthelaw.
Limitation of Liability
ZTEshallnotbeliableforanylossofprotsorindirect,special,
incidentalorconsequentialdamagesresultingfromorarisingoutofor
inconnectionwithusingofthisproduct,nomatterwhetherornotZTE
hadbeenadvised,kneworshouldhaveknownofthepossibilityof
suchdamages,including,butnotlimitedtolostprots,interruptionof
business,costofcapital,costofsubstitutefacilitiesorproduct,orany
downtimecost.
