Steps
1.Performthefollowingproceduresbeforepoweringonthecabinet.
a.VerifythatthepowerswitchesoftheuniedPDUandtheassembliesinthecabinet
aresetto"OFF".
b.Usethemultimetertocheckthepositiveandnegativepoleconnectionsand
groundingconnectionsofthePDU'spowerinputandoutput.Verifythatnoshort
circuitexistsbetween–48V/–60VandRTN,or–48V/–60VandPE,seeFigure
13-1.
