13.4 Configure Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol
Use this screen to configure RSTP settings, see Section 13.1 on page 121 for more
information on RSTP. Click RSTP in the Advanced Application > Spanning
Tree Protocol screen.

The following table describes the labels in this screen.

LABEL DESCRIPTION
Status Click Status to display the RSTP Status screen (see Figure 72 on page
131).
Active Select this check box to activate RSTP. Clear this checkbox to disable
RSTP.
Note: You must also activate Rapid Spanning Tree in the
Advanced Application > Spanning Tree Protocol >
Configuration screen to enable RSTP on the Switch.
