11.4 General Screen
Use the General screen to identify your NWA over the network. Click System > General. The
following screen displays.

LABEL DESCRIPTION
System Settings
System Name Type a descriptive name to identify the NWA in the Ethernet network.
This name can be up to 15 alphanumeric characters long. Spaces are not allowed, but
dashes "-" are accepted.
802.1Q VLAN Settings
Enable 802.1Q VLAN Select this to enable VLAN tagging.
Management VLAN
Tag
Select this to enable VLAN management. Only traffic tagged with the management
VLAN ID can access the NWA. At least one device in your network must belong to the
VLAN specified below in order to manage the NWA.
Management VLAN
ID
Enter a number from 1 to 4094 to define this VLAN group. At least one device in your
network must belong to this VLAN group in order to manage the NWA.
Ethernet Data Rate
Ethernet Data Rate Select an Ethernet port speed and duplex mode from the drop-down list. Select Auto
if you would like to have the system configure this automatically.
Apply Click Apply to save your changes.
Cancel Click Cancel to reload the previous configuration for this screen.
