Display Information
Navigating the
menus:
To reach the display menus, press
the following keys:
(Settings), (Contacts),
(Shortcuts), (Call List),
(Messages).
Press to scroll the menus, and
press the soft key Select to confirm
selections.
Log On and Log 0ff
Log on to the network
Log on: If LAN access control is displayed
when you start the phone, you need
to log on to the network before
logging on to the system.
Enter the user ID and password,
and press Log on.
If you do not know your User ID or your
password, contact your system adminis-
trator.
When you are logged on to the
network, continue with the log on
procedure described below.
Log on to the system
Log on: Enter own extension number and
password (or PIN code), and press
Log on.
Log off the phone
Log off: Press more…, select Log off, and
press Select. Press Ye s to confirm.
Answer Calls
Answer:
Handsfree mode: Press Answer.
Answer a second
incoming call:
Press the flashing line key (requires
that Free on busy is activated).
Activate Free
on busy:
Press shortcut key Free on busy.
The key indicator is lit.
End call:
Reject call: Press Reject or
Picking Up Calls
Call pick-up: Extension number.
Wait for a busy tone and press
Call Pick-Up.
Group call-pick-up:
*8#
Finland and Sweden: *0#
U.S.A. and Canada:
*59#
Missed Calls
Missed call
indication:
Missed calls are indicated by a
flashing call list key.
Check missed calls: Press . The call list key stops
flashing. Scroll the list by pressing
Press again to exit the call list.
Make Calls
Internal calls: Extension number.
External calls: External access code +
External number.
Abbreviated number: Dial abbreviated number.
Dial by contact: Press and hold the first character of
the contact name to enter the
contact list. Select a contact and
press Call
Dial by call list: Press , select a number and
press Call
Dial by shortcut: Press , navigate to the desired
shortcut with the Previous and
Next keys, then press the shortcut
key.
