11 Volume control
a. To adjust the ringing volume and the incoming speech volume
for the handset and loudspeaker.
b. Space/backspace in writing mode.

16 Message
Message indication key. Press the key to retrieve the message. See

18 Designation card
Use the Designation Card Manager to make and print your own
designation cards. The Designation Card Manager is included on
the Telephone Toolbox CD for BusinessPhone Communication
system which is part of the Quick Reference Guide.
19 Power adapter connection

20 Key Panel
The extra key panel has 17 programmable keys. Up to four panels
can be connected. See section “Key panel” on page 106.
