The symbols on the pre-charge page represent the following:
DC bus Voltage:
Displayed as numeric value and in bar chart.
Charger:
Health: It is possible to identify the charger health depending on the fill color. Red indicates fault,
yellow shows Warning and No Fill color means the charger is healthy.
Start/Stop Charger Button
Please note that the “enablecharger button is visible to theoperator” login.
Isolator switch:
Health: Health of the isolator switch can be identified based on the fill color of the isolator switch.
Red indicates fault, yellow shows Warning and No Fill color means the isolator switch is healthy.
Position: Closed, open, unknown (if unknown, no breaker line is drawn).
Battery
Health: Depending on the battery color it is possible the identify the battery health Red indicates
fault, yellow shows warning and No fill color for healthy battery.
Pre-charging Conditions (tick list):
No BMS fault reported.
Converter DC bus pre-charged.
DC isolator closed.
Energy Flow
Active pre-charging: Horizontal line towards charger is thick and blue
Non active pre-charging: horizontal line towards charger is thin and black or white (dependent on
theme)
