for a given flowrate.
To use this facility:
Log in as 'engineer' [31 * engineer].
Enable Test Mode [C1 *1].
Enter Test Flowrate [C2 * 'value']
All functions will now operate as if
the flowrate in the pipe is the same
as that set.
