ISWGAPC3 input is used to configure which protection function enables current
multiplier while inrush is detected by INRPHAR1 by changing the ISWGAPC3
parameters. ISWGAPC3 input is routed from INRPHAR1 output BLK2H.
ISWGAPC3 outputs are connected to the ENA_MULT inputs of the protection
functions.
