Checking your meter
7
If your answers match those indicated on the previous pages, and your
results are still outside the stated concentration range, please contact
Accu-Chek Customer Care at 1-800-363-7949.
Note: If your meter has been dropped this can also lead to implausible
results or error messages. If this is the case, again please contact
Accu-Chek Customer Care.
Note
If a control test produces results that are outside the stated
concentration range, it is no longer certain that the meter and
test strips are functioning properly. Blood glucose tests may then
deliver incorrect results. Incorrect results can cause the wrong
therapeutic decision to be taken and so produce serious adverse
health effects.
