Coding the Meter
Change the code key every time you open a new box of test strips.
1. Slide the new code key from its holder at the bottom of the vial.
2. With the meter off, insert the code key into the code key slot. It should snap into place.
3. When you insert a test strip, make sure the code number on the display
matches the code on the test strip vial.
NOTE: When you insert a new code key, if the code number
on the display does not match the code on the test strip vial, call the ACCU-CHEK Customer
Care service center at 1-800-440-3638.
