Removing the Thermal Module 0
1. Perform the “Removing the Mainboard” procedure described on page 3-27.
2. Loosen the spring-loaded captive screws securing the thermal module. Follow the screw
sequence indicated on Figure 3-49.

3. Detach the thermal module from the mainboard.
