No Power
- Ensure the Power Cord ,Power adapter and AC Power Outlet are
securely connected.
- Ensure all connectors are securely connected and aren’t broken.
- Check FPC cable between multimedia board and Main Board.Check FPC cable between multimedia board and Main Board.
- Check multimedia board
- Check main board
2 Auto Shut Down
- Ensure the projector is not put on a soft pad and the air vent is not
blocked.
- Execute fan calibration.
- Check Fan Module
- Check Main Board
3 No Light On
- Ensure all connectors are securely connected and aren’t broken
- Check multimedia board
- Check main board
4 No Image
- Ensure the Signal Cable and Source work well
(If you connect multiple sources at the same time, use the
“Source” button on the control panel to switch)
- Ensure all connectors are securely connected and aren’t broken
- Ensure all Multi-media Format are spported by the projector (detail
in chapter 1-3).
- Check FPC cable between multimedia board and Main Board.
