Inspection item: - Check if there is lines or noise on the screen.
- Horizontal and vertical position of the video should be
adjustable to the screen frame.
Criteria: - If there is noise on the screen, the product is
considered as failure product.
- The screen appears normal, it shouldn’t appear any
abnormal condition, such as lines and so on.
- Check if the projection is same as monitor displayed.
2. Fan Calibration
Note: - To store the value of fan in main board, after replacing main board,
fanorupgradingthermware,the“Fancalibration”isneeded.
Procedure - Hold on the “Power” key and plug in the power
adapter, When the power LED ash red, release the
“power” key, The project will power on after about 2s.
- Press "Power", "Left", "Left" and "Menu"
buttons sequentially to get into Service Mode
to check the fan speed if it has been recorded.
Note: The value of “Factory Blower RPM” should be around 6450~7200 rpm.
3. LED Calibration
Note: - To avoid color abnormal,after replacing main board, Engine Module ,
the“LEDcalibration”isneeded.
- LEDCalibrationFixturePN:80.8KT11G001-A.
1.Procedure
- Press “Power”-->“Left”--> “Left”-->“Menu” to get
into Service Mode.
- Select “LED Calibration Settings”
- Enter in LED Calibration Settings , and select
“Reset Calibration Data”
2.If the color still appears abnormal, please execute below procedure:
- Put the CL200 on the center of the screen which
