Other ISP
1. Read the on-screen instructions, select Other ISP, then click Next.
2. Select the appropriate IP Protocol type. This information should be provided
by the ISP. When finished, click Next.
If PPPoE or PPPoA is selected, go to step 3.
If RFC 1483 is selected, got to step 4.
