4.41 F33: FIN 1 OVER TEMPERATURE
The motor drive assembly has 5 motor drive heatsink fins. Fin 1 has been detected to be
over 80°C. (Azimuth drive)
Possible causes: Cooling fan has failed, or ambient temperature is excessive.
4.42 F34: FIN 2 OVER TEMPERATURE
The motor drive assembly has 5 motor drive heatsink fins. Fin 2 has been detected to be
over 80°C. (Elevation drive)
Possible causes: Cooling fan has failed, or ambient temperature is excessive.
4.43 F35: FIN 3 OVER TEMPERATURE
The motor drive assembly has 5 motor drive heatsink fins. Fin 3 has been detected to be
over 80°C. (Polarisation drive)
Possible causes: Cooling fan has failed, or ambient temperature is excessive.
4.44 F36: FIN 4 OVER TEMPERATURE
The motor drive assembly has 5 motor drive heatsink fins. Fin 4 has been detected to be
over 80°C. (Drive not used.)
Possible causes: Cooling fan has failed, or ambient temperature is excessive.
4.45 F37: FIN 5 OVER TEMPERATURE
The motor drive assembly has 5 motor drive heatsink fins. Fin 5 has been detected to be
over 80°C. (Drive not used.)
Possible causes: Cooling fan has failed, or ambient temperature is excessive.
4.46 F38: WGS POWER SUPPLY FAILURE
The power supply to the waveguide switch drive is out of specification.
4.47 F39: BRAKE POWER SUPPLY FAILURE
The power supply to the motor brakes is out of specification.
4.48 F40: FAN POWER SUPPLY FAILURE
The power supply to the heatsink cooling fan is out of specification.
4.49 F44: AZIMUTH BRAKE DISCONNECTED
The azimuth brake has not been detected on power-up. Confirm correct operation of brake
before using system. Use manual brake override switch to confirm brake is attached and
operational.
4.50 F45: ELEVATION BRAKE DISCONNECTED
The elevation brake has not been detected on power-up. Confirm correct operation of brake
before using system. Use manual brake override switch to confirm brake is attached and
operational.

PROM CHECKSUM ERROR
A checksum error has been detected in data held within the E
P
2
P
PROM. This indicates a
serious error within the system memory area. Contact Advent Communications customer
support for advice on clearing this alarm.
Other alarms will indicate which area the checksum error has been seen in.
4.52 F52: SOFTLIMIT DATA ERROR
An error within the antenna softlimit data area has been detected. The antenna softlimits will
revert back to the factory default values. If any softlimits have been set to avoid the antenna
mechanically hitting an obstruction these will have to be re-programmed.
