MODALITÀ “MISWIRING CHECK”
La modalità “Miswiring Check” va eseguita dopo l’installa-
zione. Il condizionatore è dotato di un pulsante “Wire
Check” sull’unità esterna che consente la correzione auto-
matica dei collegamenti elettrici tramite un microprocesso-
re.
Modalità d’impiego:
- Completare i collegamenti elettrici e frigoriferi tra le unità
- Controllare che i led (51 - 52 per MIH180C; 50 - 51 - 52
per MIH240C) sulla scheda dell’unità esterna lampeggino
in modo sincrono e lento (1 lampeggio a secondo). Se
uno o più led rimangono accesi, controllare e correggere
i collegamenti elettrici.
- Premere il pulsante “Wire Check” (SW50) sulla scheda
per più di 5 secondi. Il lampeggio dei due led cambia. Il
controllo di collegamenti elettrici e frigoriferi errati inizia
e le unità iniziano a funzionare, sulle unità interne lam-
peggia l’indicatore rosso di funzionamento e vengono
emessi tre beep. I collegamenti elettrici errati vengono
corretti automaticamente.
- I collegamenti frigoriferi errati non possono essere corretti
e viene visualizzato un errore. Quando viene rilevato un
errore, i due led compiono 8 cicli di 3 lampeggi. Le unità
si fermano. Spegnere il magnetotermico, correggere
l’errore e ripetere la procedura dall’inizio. Se l’errore per-
siste, contattare il Servizio Assistenza
- I due led (51 - 52 per MIH180C; 50 - 51 - 52 per
MIH240C) sulla scheda dell’unità esterna lampeggino in
modo sincrono e lento (1 lampeggio a secondo), quando
il ciclo di controllo (dai 3 ai 6 minuti) viene terminato
senza rilevare nessun errore. Le unità si fermano.
“MISWIRING CHECK” MODE
“Miswiring Check” must be performed after installation. The
air conditioner is designed with a “Wire Check” switch on the
outdoor unit that allows the self correction of wiring by micro-
computer.
How to use:
- Complete the unit-to-unit wiring and piping
- Check that the LEDs (51 - 52 for MIH180C, 50 - 51 - 52 for
MIH240C) on the card in the external unit are flashing in
time with each other and slowly (once per second). If one
or more LED stays lit, check and correct the electrical con-
nections.
- Press the “Wire Check” switch (SW50) on the display board
unit for 5 seconds or more. The flashing of the leds will
change. Miswiring (mispiping) check will start and the
indoor and outdoor units will start operating. The red opera-
tion lamp on the indoor units will flash, and three beep will
be emitted. Miswiring of unit-to-unit wiring will be self-cor-
rected.
- Erroneous refrigeration connections cannot be corrected,
and an error is indicated. When an error is detected the two
LEDs go through 8 cycles of 3 flashes each. The units stop.
Switch off the trip switch, correct the error and repeat the
procedure from the beginning. If the error persists contact
our Service Assistance Department.
- All the leds (51 - 52 for MIH180C; 50 - 51 - 52 for
MIH240C) will flash synchronously in a slow (one flash per
second) cycle when miswiring (mispiping) check is comple-
ted with no error detection (3/6 minutes). Indoor and out-
door units will stop.
