Device Specific Commands
The following commands are device-specific to the Agilent E3633A and Agilent
E3634A power supplies. They are not included in the ‘1996.0’ version of the SCPI
standard. However, these commands are designed with the SCPI standard in mind and
they follow all of the command syntax rules defined by the standard.
