Save Seq[n] Reg[nn]
Press this softkey to save the current instrument state in the specified
register and sequence. The instrument state includes all of your setup
selections except list and step sweep data and functions which are
identified in this manual as persistent states. Do not press this softkey
until you have specified the correct sequence and register using the
Select Seq and Select Reg softkeys. For example, if you want to save to
register 5 in sequence 4, press
Select Seq. The currently selected
sequence is displayed in the active entry area. Change the number to 4
using the up and down arrow keys, the front panel knob, or enter a 4
using the numeric keypad and press the
Enter terminator softkey.
Sequence 4 is now displayed in all softkeys which specify a sequence in
this menu. Now, to select register 5, press
Select Reg. The currently
selected register is displayed in the active entry area. Change the
number to 5 in the same way that you changed the sequence number.
Register 5 is now displayed in all softkeys which specify a register in
this menu. Now press
Save Seq [4] Reg[05] and the current instrument
state will be stored in register 5 of sequence 4. There are 100 registers
available (0 through 99) in each of 10 (0 through 9) sequences. You can
use these registers in any combination so long as the total number of
