Adjustments on the hand lever for wheel switching
1 Hand lever
2 Shaped spring
3 Cable pull thread end
4 Adjusting pin
Check play/adjustment before ea
ch startup.
Readjust if necessary (in particular during the
running-
in period after initial startup and after the
clutch V-belt has been replaced).
X = 3 ... 5 mm
= Bowden cable in hand lever bearing
inserted in down position.
Adjustment
Remove shaped spring (2) and remove the
cable pull end (3
) with the adjusting pin (4) from
the retainer in the hand lever.
Screw the adjusting pin in / out unt
il there is a
distance "X" or idling at position 0.
Reinsert the cable pull end with the adjusting
pin
in the retainer and install the shaped spring
(2).
