• Key in an outside number.
• Mobile Nb
• Key in the number of your mobile.
• Choice ON / Choice OFF
• Activate/deactivate the transfer to the switchboard.
• Dial the number.
• Apply.
3.22 Answering the general bell
When the operator is absent, incoming external calls are diverted to a general bell. You can answer these
calls:
• Access MENU.
• Pick-up
• Ans Gen Bell
• Confirm.
3.23 Call pick-up
You hear a telephone ringing in an office where no-one can answer. If authorised, you can answer the call
on your own telephone.
• Access MENU.
• Pick-up
• Pick-up Ind
• Enter number of ringing telephone.
• Apply.





 

