The free arm

enables you to sew tube-shaped pieces more easily.
This function is very useful e.g. when sewing sleeves and trouser legs.
You can easily turn your sewing machine into a free-arm machine by
removing the table extension and accessories box

from the sewing
machine.

• Repairing elbows and knees in garments.
• Sewing sleeves, in particular on smaller garments.
• Appliqué, embroidery or hemming edges, cuffs or trouser legs.
