Installing the breather plug (25) and adding oil into the pump
(see fig. J1-J3)
NOTE: Remove the black transit plug (50) in the pump as this is used
only for initial delivery of the machine.
NOTE: Your pressure washer is shipped from the manufacturer with
85-100ml of oil already in the pump, however, the oil in the pump does
need to be topped up per the following instructions.
1) Use the large combination wrench (34) to loosen the transit plug
(50).
2) Fill the pump with 85ml of oil using the oil funnel.
NOTE:
• Fill the pump with SAE 10W-30 4 stroke engine oil; other type of oil
may cause damage.
• The pump is equipped with an oil window (48) displayed in fig. J3.
Check the oil level often, and add oil if the oil level is under 2/3 of
the window. Add oil to 2/3 position of the window (48) and check
each time before use.
3) Fix the red breather plug + cap (25) onto the pump, and tighten it by
hand.
NOTE:
• Before use, the breather plug and the cap (25) should be
fixed on the pump.
• User should fill the pump with SAE 10W-30 4 stroke engine
oil before first use.
