3.1ThinkTopataglance
TheThinkTopisdesignedtoensureoptimumandreliablevalvecontrolinconjunctionwithAlfaLavalvalvesandiscompatible
withmostPLCsystems(ProgrammableLogicControllers).
TheThinkTopcanbeequippedwith0-3solenoidvalves.ThesolenoidsareelectricallycontrolledbythePLCsystemand,when
activated,thecompressedairisactivatingtheairactuator.Dependingonthetypeofcontrolunit,theprimarysolenoidvalvecan
beprovidedwithabuilt-inthrottlefunctiononboththeairinletandoutlet,whichmeansthatitispossibletocontroltheopening
andclosingtimeoftheairactuator.Thesolenoidsarealsoequippedwithamanualholdoverride.
VisualLEDlightsconstantlyindicatethedistinctstatusofthecontrolunit:suchasvalvepositions,solenoidvalveenergised,
setupandlocalfaultindicationetc.
TheThinkTopischaracterisedbyitshighdurability,well-provenfeaturesandmodulardesign.Itisexchangeableandisreadyto
fitAlfaLavalSanitaryactuatorsfromthepastandpresent.
