FollowtheinstructionsbelowtoensurethatthePHEwillbeproperlyclosed.
ForidentifyingboltrefertoBoltcongurationonpage20
Step1
Checkthatallthesealingsurfacesareclean.
Step2
Brushthethreadsoftheboltsclean,usingasteelwirebrushor
theAlfaLavalthreadcleaner.Lubricatethethreadswithathin
layerofgrease,e.g.Gleitmo800orequivalent.
Step3
Attachgaskettotheplatesorcheckthatallthegasketsare
properlyattached.
Note!
Ifthegasketiswronglypositioned,itwillshowbythe
factthatitrisesoutofthegasketgrooveorthatitis
positionedoutsidethegroove.
Step4
Iftheplateshavebeenremovedinsertthetheminalternate
directionsandwiththegasketsturnedtowardstheframeplate
orpressureplateasspeciedontheplatehanginglist.Usethe
markedlinethatwasdonewhenthePHEwasopened,referto

Iftheplatepackhasbeenmarkedontheoutside,checkthis
