Fault finding & Flash codes
The following table gives checks and actions that you can perform if your machine does not
operate correctly. If these do not identify/remedy the problem, contact your service agent.
Symptom
Possible cause
Remedy
Machine fails to
operate
The isolation key is not inserted
The battery is not fully inserted
The battery is not charged
Speed control lever is in slow position
Cylinder mode switch is in backlap position
2 actions required to start cylinder
Insert isolation key & turn on so RED LED illuminates
Make sure the battery clicks into place
Charge the battery
Move lever to fast position
Select either cylinder fast or slow mode
Press safety button and squeeze bale bar
Machine functions
intermittently or
stops during use
Load on motors too high causing current limit to
be triggered.
Battery too hot – RED LED flashes on battery
Battery has discharged
Raise height of cut, reduce depth of cultivation task,
reduce forward speed.
Allow batteries to cool. Raise height of cut, reduce
