Section 5 Service Procedures
To reduce the risk of electric shock, fire, explosion, serious injury or death:
• Disconnect electric power to the tumbler before servicing.
• Close gas shut-off valve to gas tumbler before servicing.
• Close steam valve to steam tumbler before servicing.
• Never start the tumbler with any guards/panels removed.
• Whenever ground wires are removed during servicing, these ground wires must be
reconnected to ensure that the tumbler is properly grounded.

94. LOADING DOOR SWITCH
a. Remove control panel.
b. Disconnect wires from door switch.
c. Remove two switch attaching screws and
remove switch. Refer to Figure 25.
NOTE: Refer to wiring diagram when rewiring
door switch.
95. LOADING DOOR SWITCH ROD
Refer to Figure 26.
a. Remove front panel.
b. Remove nut, washers and spring clip holding
switch rod to backside of front panel.
c. Apply upward pressure on the welded clip to
allow switch rod to snap free. Refer to
Figure 26.
