Figure 4 shows the front and rear panel of the AT-FS708. Since all ports on this
model are capable of sensing full or half duplex transmission, there are no DIP
switches.

The physical description for the switches includes:

DIP Switches
The AT-RS710TX and the AT-RS718TX switches are equipped with DIP
switches in the rear panel. This enables you to configure each 10 Mbps port for
half or full duplex transmission.
