SHOW FILE
Syntax
show file="
filename
"
Parameter
file Specifies the name of the file to be displayed. Use
double quotes to enclose the name if it contains
spaces. Otherwise, the quotes are optional.
Description
This command displays a list of the files in the switch’s file system. You
can use the wildcard “*” to replace any part of the filename to allow a
more selective display.
You can also use this command to display the contents of a
configuration file.
Examples
The following command displays all the files in the switch’s file system:
show file=*.*
The following command displays all the configuration files on the switch:
show file=*.cfg
The following command displays the contents of the configuration file
boot.cfg:
show file=boot.cfg
