Disconnect the Backup load and restart the
inverter. If the fault can be cleared, then
the load side is shorted; If the fault can't be
cleared, please contact the customer ser-
vice center for further check.

1. The Backup load is overloaded, check
whether the load connected to the backup
terminal exceeds the overload limit, reduce
the load, restart the inverter or wait for 5
minutes to automatically eliminate the
fault;
2. Disconnect the Backup load, restart the
inverter, and check whether the fault is
cleared. If the fault can't be clear, please
contact the customer service center for
further check.
