IEEE 488.2 COMMANDS
Prevents any further execution of
commands or queries until the
No-Operation-Pending flag is TRUE.
Wait to continue*WAI
Returs last power on status byte. All 0’s
indicate no self test failures.
Self Test Query*TST?
Read Status Byte*STB?
Returns state (integer 0 to 255) of the SRE
register.
Service Request Enable Query*SRE?
<value> integer 0 to 255. Bit 6 is ignored.Service Request Enable*SRE<value>
Saves the current configuration in
nonvolatile memory. *SAV 0 saves the
current settins as the new power on setting.
Save*SAV 0
Restores the power up state except that the
state of the IEEE-488 interface is
unchanged.
Reset*RST
Restores the state stored in memory by the
*SAV command (see below)
Recall*RCL 0
Places an ASCII charater “1” into the Output
Queue when all pending selected operations
have finished.
Iperation Complete Query*OPC?
Operation Complete Command*OPC
Returns four fields separated by commas.
Fields are: Manufacturer,Model,6 digit Serial
Number, and Version of Firmware.
Identification Query*IDN
Reads then clears the Event Status
Register.
Event Status Register Query*ESR?
Returns state (integer 0 to 255) of the ESE
register.
Event Status Enable Query*ESE?
<value> integer 0 to 255.Event Status Enable*ESE<value>
Clear Status*CLS
