9. Clean the spray chamber.
First, use a suitable diluted acid solution (e.g., hydrochloric acid or nitric
acid 1:10).
Hazardous substance!
Observe the corresponding information on hazardous materials.
Subsequently, use a laboratory cleaning agent for removing traces of
fatty substances (streaks), if required.
Now, use distilled water to flush the spray chamber thoroughly.
10. Reinstall the components.
11. Optimize the nebulizer gas flow; see page 50.
Cleaning of the spray chamber is now complete.
