The hand brake lever is preinstalled to the rear steering bar. Attach the hand
brake cable to it. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Turn the Ferrule so that the
slot in it and the locking nut align.
Step 2: Pull in on the lever and pull out
the cable barrel arm.
Step 3: Insert the cable barrel into the
cable barrel arm.
Step 4: Slide the cable through the slots of
Ferrule and locking nut, then turn the
locking nut and Ferrule 180 degrees from
each other.
