Installing the eSpring™ Pro Water Purier below the counter allows for maximum use of counter space
with no visible tubing.

Below-Counter Installation with an eSpring™ Auxiliary Faucet
Note: Cold water plumbing must be modied to provide a 3/8” (9.5 mm) Outer Diameter
(O.D.) x ¼” (6.4 mm) Inner Diameter (I.D.) tubing (plastic or metal) for connection to
an auxiliary faucet.
If an electrical outlet is not located under sink – the Auxiliary Faucet kit will require the
installation of an electrical outlet by a licensed or certied electrician in accordance
with all applicable Federal, Provincial, State, Municipal, and local laws and regulations.
You will need an electrical outlet to plug in the Power Adapter. This outlet must be
powered continuously for the Water Purier to function properly. In case of a power
outage.
Recommendations
Hire a plumber if you do not feel comfortable modifying the plumbing and installing the faucet.
Determine type and size tubing or piping needed between the cold-water supply line and the
kitchen faucet. Take a digital picture of your cold-water supply plumbing to use as a guide in the
hardware store to purchase the appropriate parts for installation.
Install a tee in cold water supply and a separate shut-o valve to the tee before connecting
the Auxiliary Faucet. This will allow for rinsing and cleaning of the Water Purier during lter
changes.
a. All ttings and valves must be approved for use in pressurized drinking water applications.
b. Use plastic ferrules when connecting plastic tubes to metal compression ttings.
