PROBLEMS WITH THE DISPLAY OR ALARMS
For questions regarding changes in the display, please refer to the table. Below are some common
concerns regarding display changes of the Water Purier.
Concern Cause(s) Solution(s)
DISPLAY NOT WORKING PROPERLY
AUDITORY
WARNINGS
Water Purier is not plugged
into outlet with continuous
power.
Power Adapter not fully
installed.
Damaged ow sensor housing
or electronics
Power Outage
Damaged electronics
Plug Water Purier into outlet with
continuous power. Plug in a nightlight
to verify outlet has power
Make sure Power Adapter is fully
installed into the bottom of the unit
and into the wall outlet.
Call Customer Service.
Do not use the Water Purier until
the power returns
Call Customer Service
Display does not turn
on with touch input
Inconsistent, or no water
ow animation during
treated water ow
Unplug Water Purier. Wait 1 minute.
Plug back in. If error persists, contact
customer service.
Electronic Module is not
working properly
Continuous alarm
