7 Accessories
7.1 Cell holder for standard cells
The standard scope of delivery of the SPECORD PLUS includes the cell holders. They are
already installed in the device. The double-beam devices are delivered with two cell holders,
the SPECORD 50 PLUS with one cell holder. The cell holders are designed for standard
cells with a layer thickness of 50 mm and a width of 12.5 mm.

The cell holders have been moved with the guide onto the retention plates on the front sam-
ple chamber wall and are thus positioned near the receivers. To remove the cell holders pull
them upwards.

The cells are radiated at a height of approx. 5 to 15 mm above the support level of the cell
holder.
