mode) by another 1°C/2°F (or 1°F). The new
temperature is maintained for 7 hours, after
which the original set temperature is restored.
The SLEEP/Eco mode then ends and the air
conditioner runs with the original settings.
NOTE:
This function cannot be used in FAN or DRY
mode.
TIMER
When the air conditioner is running the stop
delay can be activated when the TIMER button is
pressed. The TIMER OFF status light goes on. Set
the required stop delay with the + and - buttons.
1. Press the TIMER button once within 5
seconds to activate the start delay setting.
2. The TIMER ON status light goes on. Set
the required start delay with the + and -
buttons.
3. When the air conditioner is switched o
the start delay can be activated when the
TIMER button is pressed. Press the TIMER
button once within 5 seconds to activate
setting the stop delay.
4. Press in the + or - button to change the
time, in steps of 0.5 hours up to 10 hours
and steps of 1 hour from 10 to 24 hours.
The control system counts down the time
to start/stop.
NOTE:
• If no buttons are pressed in 5 seconds the
display automatically returns to show the
current temperature setting.
• You can stop the countdown at any time
to start/stop by switching o or starting
the air conditioner, or by setting the time
to 0.0.
Automatic restart
When the power supply is restored after a
power failure the air conditioner restarts with
the previously set function.
Setting the air direction
The air deector can be set for the required
direction of the air. Automatic setting
• The air deector opens fully when the air
conditioner is started.
• Press the SWING button on the control
panel or remote control to activate
automatic deection. The air deector
swings automatically up or down.
• Do not attempt to move the air deector
manually.
Start delay 3 minutes
When the air conditioner has been stopped
it will not start for 3 minutes. This is a safety
function, and is completely normal. The
air conditioner starts automatically after 3
minutes.
ENERGY SAVING MODE
When the ambient temperature is lower than
the set point temperature for a set time the air
conditioner automatically switches to energy
saving mode. The compressor and fan motor
stop. When the ambient temperature is higher
than the set point temperature for a set time
the air conditioner automatically switches from
energy saving mode. The compressor and/or
fan motor start.
NOTE:
On products with a status light for energy
saving mode the light goes on when this
function is enabled.
REMOTE CONTROL
• Operating modes: AUTO, COOL, DRY and
FAN
• 24 hour timer.
• Adjustable range for room temperature: 17
to 30°C and 62 to 88°F.

models and the buttons can deviate from
the actual model.
