Checking the safety devices
ANTEO SERIES MICROPLUS … tail lifts do not require any particularly complicated servicing procedures. These checks should be carried out in order to ensure the product reliability as for
the safety of operators and third parties. The time engaged in these simple operations will make the tail lift more reliable, thus prolonging its operational life.
Component check method frequency
Footboard clearance lights visual – if fitted, turn the key-operated switch (C3) to ON and make sure that they are flashing during use
Safety valves (on cylinders) functional – carry out any lowering operation or downward rotation, then make sure that once during use
the controls are released, an immediate movement stop occurs
Double-operation controls by operating one selector only, a maneuver should be NEVER performed during use
Plates indicating the loads, the capacity visual check (they should be ALWAYS perfectly LEGIBLE and VISIBLE during use
as well as the warnings from any control position)
Green pilot light “POWER ON” check it turns on regularly with microswitch (C3) on position ON during use
Should one of the above mentioned components be damaged, IMMEDIATELY apply to an ANTEO Authorized Service Center.
