6. Product Warranty
6. Product Warranty
- This product is guaranteed in accordance to the 「Consumer Compensation Regulations of South Korea」.
- The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase. (If the actual purchase date cannot be confirmed, the
warranty period is calculated from one month since the date of manufacture.)
- The warranty period of this product is 1year. Product part availability is guaranteed for a period of 3 years.
(Some parts may have a shorter guarantee period due to the nature of the part.)
- Main contract terms always apply. If the product is supplied under a subcontract, the warranty will still be applied
according to the main contract.
- Compensation will be made within 7 days of the request date and damages will be paid within 14 days of the
notification date.
