For services not related to product malfunction or breakage:
- Please be sure to read and follow the instructions given in the User Manual.
Otherwise, repair services may be charged.
- In case of incomplete or wrong product installation or improper handling, training is provided (first instance free, paid
thereafter).
If malfunction or breakage occurs due to user error (confirmed by a simple product inspection), repair services
will be charged. Examples include:
- Introduction of foreign substances (water, coffee or other liquid beverages, toys, etc.) into the product
- Careless handling or changes/repairs made by the user
- Product failure due to incorrectly applied voltage
- Product failure due to the use of non-genuine parts/consumable materials
- Failure or damage due to physical drop or shock
- Damage or deformation due to the use of organic solvents such as thinner or benzene in or on the product
- Product failure due to repair by a third party (non-authorized repair technician)
- Malfunction or damage due to the user’s failure to observe the “Safety Precautions” in the product manual
Other:
- Product failure or damage due to a natural disaster (lightning, fire, flood, etc.)
- Product failure due to abnormality or defect in the external power supply/equipment
- When replacing consumable parts (projector lamp, modeling bed film, filter, etc.) that are worn during normal use
- Product failure due to an external cause, not a defect in the product itself
- When replacing the UV LCD (replacement cycle for INNI 3D Printer is 5 months)
