  If your Apollo Monitor screen is blank, first, check the power wiring to ensure it's correctly connected to the MX20 and that the circuit breaker is closed. Next, verify that the unit isn't in manual intensity control mode with the intensity turned down. If the ambient temperature is below 10°C, allow the unit to preheat for up to 60 seconds. Finally, make sure the data card is fully inserted in the front bezel, flush with the ejector button.

  If the INST function isn't showing in install mode on your Apollo Monitor, ensure you're carefully entering the correct installation key sequence after the power-on self-test. Make sure no extra keys are pressed before entering the sequence. If the issue persists, cycle through the available functions by pressing the FN key, as the INST function is on the last available function page.
