1.15) In the rear LH lower corner of the bed liner
snap out the 2 metal spacers in the lower
hole. Using a die grinder, grind the plastic
holes out to move them laterally 4mm toward
the outside of the bed liner. Refit the 2 metal
spacers once fitting the bed liner again later.
Repeat this on the opposite corner in
mirror image.
1.16) In the front LH lower corner of the bed liner
snap out the 2 metal spacers in the lower
hole. Using a die grinder, grind the plastic
holes out to move them laterally 4mm toward
the front of the bed liner. Refit the 2 metal
spacers once fitting the bed liner again later.
Repeat this on the opposite corner in
mirror image.
DO NOT FIT THE BED LINER AT THIS
POINT. RETAIN ALL BED LINER
HARDWARE- GO TO SECTION 2.
TRIM BED LINER - ARB BED LINER:
1.17) You will need to trim the bed liner to provide
clearance to canopy corner mounting brackets
in the vehicle tub. NOTE: Canopy fitment is
suitable ONLY for under-rail bed liners
The following steps are based on fitment
to the ARB Bed liner. This is based on
fitting a new bed liner.
(ARB bed liner P/N: KUL1408)
There are 2 trim variants of bed liner: One
with a front edge lip and one without. For
the one with the front edge lip, trim off
35mm down from the top edge of the
bedliner all the way across the front of the
bedliner.
1.18) Mark out the front LH side of the bed liner on
the side that is against the front of vehicle’s
tub as shown.
Cut the bedliner as shown.
Repeat this on the opposite corner in
mirror image.
Slot these holes to make slot
4mm wider to outside of bed
liner laterally.
Slot these holes to make slot
4mm wider to front of bed
liner laterally.

Measure down 35mm across the
entire front edge and trim off all
the way across the bedliner to the
other side.
