1.12) Mark out top area of the LH rear corner of the
bed liner on the side that sits against the
vehicle tub as shown in these images. Use the
number sequence in marking out.
Repeat this on the opposite corner in
mirror image.
1.13) The finished cut out should look like this in the
picture opposite.
Repeat this on the opposite corner in
mirror image.
To all trim cuts on the bed liner now de-
burr and file to clean up edges.
Trimming of the bed liner is now complete.
1.14) In the rear of the bed liner are 2 moulded
recesses. LH side is shown opposite. Using a
10mm drill open the hole up and slot the hole
4mm rearward in car position.
Repeat this on the opposite corner in
mirror image.
Slot these holes to make
slot 4mm rearward.
