1.58) Drill out the 2 holes in the rear section of the
RH and LH panels to 21mm diameter.
1.59) Press the Sport Guard hardware kit spacers
into these holes in the RH and LH panels. Use
soft mallet if necessary.
Sports Guard front and side panels are now
ready for installation. (Details of installation
with tub mounting brackets begin in Section 3
of these instructions).
TRIM BED LINER BUT DO NOT FIT YET- OEM FORD BED LINER FOR PXIII ONLY (SEPTEMBER 2018+)
1.60) You will need to trim the bed liner to correctly
fit the canopy, to provide clearance to canopy
corner mounting brackets in the vehicle tub.
NOTE: Canopy fitment is suitable ONLY for
under-rail bed liners.
The following steps are based on fitment to
the Ford OEM Bed liner for PXIII only
(September 2018+)
(Ford OEM Genuine accessories Ford P/N:
KTAB39262606BA for the bed liner and
GB3B21407261B for the tailgate liner).
1.61) Once the hardware plastic clips are removed
from the front of the bed liner and the tie down
points are all unbolted, retain all hardware.
Remove the screws retaining the power
socket and pull the plug out into the tub.
