3.8) Place in behind the hole, the weld nut plate
(668AQ010) with the flat face of it to the flat face of
the inside of the front mount rail.
3.9) Insert into the hole an M6x20mm hex screw with M6
x 25mm flat washer and do the screw up into weld
nut plate to 9Nm.
Repeat on the opposite RH side of the tub.
Ensure the leg on the weld nut plate is not seen
and is up behind the brackets.
3.10) Slide rear mount bracket (668AQ001L) between
the bed liner (if fitted) and the sheet metal tub as
shown. (Ensure the lower tie down hook is
removed).
3.11) The bottom end of the mount bracket has 2 slots
that align to the location of the tie down hook holes.
Align them and re-using the tie down hook and
screws, loosely do them up (with or without the
bed liner being fitted).
3.12) Clamp the rear mount bracket in position as
shown. The height of the bracket from the top of
the tub to the top face of the bracket is to set at
10mm. (Maximum 11, Minimum 9mm).
3.13) Tighten the M8 Torx screws to 22Nm on the tie
down hook.
