The labelling machine has been designed and built in order to reduce as much as possible the necessary
maintenance and to ensure a correct functioning during the years without problems.
ATTENTION! Before performing any maintenance intervention on the
machine it is necessary to switch it off and disconnect the electrical
supply and possibly also the pneumatic one.
4.1. Cleaning
ATTENTION! Never clean the labelling machine using water jets.
For a correct functioning of the machine it is necessary to clean it periodically using the correct solvents.
It is important to verify that no labels or glue are on the transport roller or on the knurled roller: in case they were
dirty, clean them avoiding to use metal objects.
4.1.1. Cleaning of the photocells
The photocells must always be clean so that the optical group
operates correctly; to clean the photocell do not use any solvent
and do not use metal objects.
