If the labelling machine speed is lower than the transport speed, adjust the labelling machine speed to match the transport speed, or vice versa, within the machine's limits. If the product is too hot, cool the products before labelling. If the product surface is excessively irregular or incompatible with the labels, consult the labels’ supplier.

The label stop sensor or product reading sensor might be wrongly adjusted or dirty, so try adjusting or cleaning the reading sensor. Also, the photocell may not be reading the product correctly; check the photocell consent LED to see if it blinks as the product passes, and adjust the sensitivity or signal stability if available. Finally, the number selector setting might be set to an excessive value, so check the set value.
