ble once the lower front cover
has been removed.

points in the rack-in mechanism
Clean lubricating points using a lint-free cloth or a soft paint-
brush, if necessary using cleaning agent (use sparingly, just
moisten points of lubrication). Apply a thin coat of lubricant
(using e.g. a paint-brush).
Liquid lubricant

Bearing, joints and guide mecha-
nisms in the rack-in mechanism
Pour drops of liquid lubricant (oil can, drip feed lubricator)
into the bearing gap. Liquid lubricant gets between the be-
aring surfaces due to the capillary effect. In case of inacces-
sible lubrication points, use an extension tube or spray.
Withdrawable part in PIX high current switchgear panels
To obtain access to the lubrication
points, the withdrawable part must
be in service position (see chapter
7.5.2).
